The staff was great and the unit was ok however this rating is due to my price almost doubling in only three months. I felt like a victim of a bait & switch scam. I would bet there are others in my position who are still paying an unethical price increase because they don’t have the means or time to empty their unit and go somewhere else.
Although they may have earned a few extra bucks over the last couple of months, I cleared out my unit and won’t be returning in the future.

Very, very clean facility with access until 10pm. Code entry to both in and outdoor lockers. You bring or buy a lock for your own unit. They have carts of all sizes you can use while there too.

Sally and Jason are super friendly and always so helpful. The space is always clean and well taken care of. You can tell Sally really takes pride in her job. I've switched unit a few times and its always been a breeze. There is always a lot of really great deals going on for units as well! Easy to pay online. Secure entrance.

Highly recommend. Property is well maintained, there's a good variety of unit sizes available for different needs, units are very clean, prices are fair, and the location is easy to access.
They provide a variety of carts and moving equipment that u can borrow if needed to help move items (being able to access this equipment has saved me numerous times lol).
Customer service has been fantastic. Sally specifically has gone above and beyond to help when I needed it most. That kind of customer service isn't common these days and I am incredibly grateful for her help.

I do apologize to the StorageMart staff for the wait for my Google review, long overdue.
I transferred to StorageMart and the process was online to put a deposit (hold) of the unit I wanted, which was fine. And when I did make it there for the actual unit, it took no time really to finish some paperwork, get acquainted with the facility (even gave me a sizeable map of the whole landscape thumbs up👍
I do like the fact that they have washrooms for the unit holders to have access to, but I think only during business hours, I could be wrong on that though. I say this, because I have tried the past couple of times during the weekend and/or evening and the washrooms were locked.
Renting a unit at StorageMart on Wharncliffe Rd. S. was an excellent choice. We were able to complete the rental transaction in only about 20 minutes. Tristan and Tyrell were excellent to deal with, were informative and explained everything to us clearly and concisely. We were able to load up our indoor heated locker right away and we were impressed with the cleanliness not only of their front offices, but of the entire facility, inside and out. The convenience of having various types of dollies and trolleys available at the loading door made it incredibly easy to load the locker in only a few trips. They even have (very clean and well-lit) washrooms available in case you get caught short. We feel this is a very secure facility and their operating hours make it very convenient to access your belongings when you need to. To top it all off, we were delighted to hear there was a promo on when we went in, which meant renting this space at a better price than usual was even better! In all, a great experience - highly recommend.
