I recently moved to London, ON. Sprint Moving took care of everything for me, right from the beginning, when I asked for a quote. Matt answered all my questions and was very happy to help me. I highly recommend Sprint Moving to everyone. They are a professional, reliable company. They have an online tool that you can use to enter the dimensions of all your things, and the number and size of boxes. I used it and was very impressed with how easy it was. You can start, pause and go back at another time to keep adding or editing items. The result of using this inventory tool was a quote that was spot on. This has never happened before and I have moved a lot! They worked so hard and fast that we were in awe. It’s not easy carrying heavy stuff down stairs and through multiple doors, yet they handled it with ease. They also were very professional and a pleasure to deal with. We were kept laughing throughout the day. In London , we only had the elevator locked down for two hours. Somehow, they managed to get everything up to my apt within that time. We couldn’t believe it! Thank you to Matt and the moving crew (Andy, Greg and Dylan) for the best move I have ever had. They handled my move with such optimism and care for my belongings. My partner and I moved this morning with sprint from our third floor walk up to our new place and man, am I insanely impressed. The two gentlemen who came were incredibly friendly and efficient. We had estimated based on our last move (different moving company) that it’d take at least an hour over the minimum but nope! These guys were done in one hour or less. All of our items were handled with much care and attention, everything was placed where we wanted when we arrived at our destination. In the future sprint moving will be our go to movers. Awesome moving experience, The team of two sent to help us move bright and early were friendly and very efficient with bringing everything down, even three flights of stairs were made to look easy! Everything was discussed before picking up/placing items, and nothing was damaged in our process. Tv, Boxes, Dressers, mattress, bedframe, there was no issues moving these big items. If I have to move my stuff again in the future, I will definitely be seeing Sprint Moving Services as my best pick. A better rate compared to other moving services too. All together, a great experience arranged by these guys!

Atlas Van Lines comes highly recommended by us! We used them to move from Ontario to Nova Scotia! The reason why we chose them, specifically Matt from Sprint Movers, from all the rest, is because of responsiveness and how simple and quick the whole process was! Matt is always there to answer your questions and always answers the phone! His estimate was bang on and no hidden surprises! Tom was the one who was our main mover, and I cannot say enough about this man! He was thorough, quick and no furniture was damaged during this long move! We used Sprint moving to move us from our walk out basement unit in London to our home in St. Thomas. They were professional, efficient, and friendly. The entire process was seamless from first connecting for a quote to the day of the move showing up exactly on time. They took great care of all of our belongings and would highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with the two men that took care of moving me to Zurich ON CA to Wingham ON CA. They were very polite and listened to the way I wanted things done, and brought everything into the truck quickly and emptied it into my new home the same way. Things moved smoothly even when the weather was not nice snowing. I enjoyed this more to my new home and would recommend Spirit Moving Services to anyone I meet. It was also nice to know that the driver of the truck was very professional in all that he did driving to my new home being courteous to all other drivers on the road. Great moving company! Only issue was that the load estimate was just off so I still had to rent a UHaul and do the moving myself for a small part of it. Otherwise, they were professional, respectful, on top of it and efficient. Would hire them again for moving!

The guys who moved us today were amazing… and they had their work cut out for them, as we had a few heavy/awkward items that needed to be moved up and down stairs. Sprint Moving Service moved us from London to Bancroft Ontario. For us it was a huge move as we had lived in our London home for over 30 years. Looking for a mover was a stressful time as I heard or read about multiple bad experiences that others had gone through. Finding Sprint was key to have our experience amazingly smooth and even (for such a stressful time) enjoyable. Well I had a bad feeling even before I moved I called to confirm that my initial quote was still accurate. It was just over $500 a very good price. Well I found out why. It was for a move in my building. Why would I pay $500 to move in my own building Then I got my updated quote for just under $700. As soon as I mentioned my address he said there were reports of roaches and bed bugs in the area. To suggest I have bugs is an insult So now a 5 km move to my storage unit is close to $1000 DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. THEY WILL SAY.YOU HAVE BUGS AND CHARGE YOU $$$$$$ NO THANKS. I WILL GET A FEW FRIEND TO HELP

The movers were friendly and professional however we were under quoted by more than $1000 for our move so the invoice was a surprise when it arrived. We even tried to assist the movers to cut down on the cost. When we questioned the cost, Matt reduced it by just over $100 and automatically charged our card. I wasn't afforded the opportunity to have a discussion about it nor was I able to add a tip for the movers. Only 3 stars for the unprofessional handling of the charges.

Great guys. Great job. Fast. Professional. One star lost for not putting the stuff in my new apartment into some sort of order. Kitchen stuff in kitchen, bedroom stuff in bedroom etc. so i had a lot of unnecessary digging to be done and organizing before i could unpack. It would have. Taken an extra second or 3 to ask or read the box. Other than that simple detail. They were awesome. Very string guys too.

The experience for me was absolutely amazing from first contact with Matt through until the end, when the 3 gentlemen that actually moved me had me sign the completion documents. Honestly, I feel that I couldn't have selected a better moving company. The guys lifted many heavy items, including my piano, and did so without damaging a single thing at either locations. They really took care of my property, They were extremely professional and courteous. Thank you very much to the team that came out. Matt and the team at Sprint have helped us move twice now in the last few years, both out of town into London and within the city itself. Their team will constantly check in with you on your upcoming date, confirm what additional moving materials you may need like mattress bags, wardrobe boxes, and TV packing boxes to ensure your items are safe and secure during your move. If you're feeling overwhelmed by the stresses of an upcoming move or just don't know who you can trust to turn to for help during such an important change in your families life, I cannot recommend Sprint enough!
