Jean (JP) and the crew (Femi and Tife) were just amazing!! Very professional and empathetic. From the time I made my first call to the final box moved - they were professional. I have a small baby and was sleeping when they were finishing up, I told them only once and they made sure to keep the noise to minimum while moving the heaviest of items. Femi and Tife were like a machine while moving stuff, no double trips for anything, managed time efficiently and overall great coordination amongst themselves. I used their services for the first time and I am impressed. I highly recommend them for moving anywhere in GTA and the suburbs. Call JP and he will help you with the rest.

From a former mover that made the mistake of listening to Reddit: Choose this company if you don’t care about your stuff. TL;DR they damaged 2 of the 4 team lift items I had them move, and managed to damage an item in the home and left me to find it after they had left. The story: I needed a mover to take the stress off moving a tv and 4 “team lift” items. A couch, two dressers, and a tv stand. This company came highly rated from Reddit, so I gave them a call. They assured me they knew how to move my TV, and said they would arrange the box for the tv. I told them that as someone that has worked as a mover, I didn’t need them for much, just to make sure the move went without stress to move my 65 OLED inch tv. They assured me that they had the experience and capabilities to do it. I called a few other places, and decided to go with JTLE. Avoid the mistake I made. They showed up an hour late, claiming their truck broke down. Fair enough, life happens. I had moved the majority of things downstairs on my own—a struggle; but it was the TV I was concerned with. Keep in mind, I asked a number of times that they had the tv box to move this TV. I told them the specs (65 inch OLED). Each time they say it’s taken care of. They show up without a TV box. After I said that the entire reason I’m paying for a move is to see that this tv is moved safely, they start arguing with me that a tv box isn’t necessary and they’ll just set it in the truck. Keep in mind, I’ve been a mover. I know what I’m talking about. They try to gaslight me into believing that no tv boxes exist that match what I’m describing etc. All of this is false information. They then leave for nearly an hour with my things in the back of a truck to buy a box. They come back with a mirror box—not at all the same thing. More arguing happens as they tell me it’s fine. At this point I’m already thinking this is the most bush league company I’ve ever seen. To avoid this getting any longer, they managed to damage 2 of the 4 team lift items (I moved most of my things personally because I stopped trusting them). I also discovered a picture that had been broken and set upright in the home that could only have been from them, but they claimed they didn’t know and then essentially said “oops” when I messaged them after with photos. All told, with my years experience as a mover: go with another company. I have never seen incompetence like this. Check my photos for the damaged items.

This company is a sight for sore eyes! (And arms.) I have referred JTLE to close friends twice, ensuring them they will be cared for and moved swiftly, no questions asked. They always deliver and exceed expectations. The pricing structure is affordable and the team really put their head down and get the job done. To Justin and team - I’ll try to make sure my next referral doesn’t involve 3 flights of stairs, but thanks for crushing it anyway.

JTLE moving was very efficient, careful, and quick. Their by-the-hour rate was affordable and Jean even sent an extra staff member to help with the move after I shared details about my apartment square footage, furniture/number of boxes to move, and elevator reservation times. To those who say the price changed compared to the quote - as with all services, if you have to provide enough details to gives them an accurate picture of the job and the timing can shift depending on at lot of things. All that said, very happy with their service!

JTLE was fantastic with my recent move from a Condo to a home. The team was meticulous with my items and ensured all fragile and large items were wrapped with shrink and bubble wrap for safety (Mattress, Peloton, Couch, TV, etc.) The team was efficient, timely, and the quote was accurate. We hired JTLE movers recently with two toddlers and a long haul move to take on and not enough time to prep. JP and his crew were amazing from beginning to end. JP was very straightforward with what we needed and how much it would cost and the guys were very respectful and efficient and even helped us with some of the final packing we didn't get to do that week because my daughter got sick and even assisted us with loading a dumpster after the fact for a couple hours with Furniture and items we didn't want.
